Our restaurant is adjacent to our classic dining room and is where our chef, André Lemieux, showcases his talent. He studied in Switzerland and worked in several high-end European restaurants before returning to Québec in the early 1980s. Since then, he has specialized in cooking for large golf clubs, hotels and private clubs.
After working for six years at the Club Laval-sur-le-Lac and a stint at the Royal Montreal Golf Club, Chef Lemieux joined the team at the Lachute Golf Club.
Constantly seeking new ways to innovate, he proposes refreshing, gourmet cuisine with a focus on selecting the highest quality ingredients.
